Our vehicle rental agreement minimizes your administrative burden and business downtime. With us, it is a true ‘fuel and insure’ arrangement, and we manage everything else.
All our cars and vans for business customers include:

- CVRT (for commercial vehicles)
- 24-hour breakdown assistance
- A replacement vehicle
- 39,000 km as standard across our fleet
We are backed by a nationwide branch network and major hubs at the five main airports, which house the majority of our fleet. This ensures that no matter where your team is located, we have you covered, with the support of the AA and ourselves, to swiftly address any issues.
Flexibility and Finance
- No Minimum Contract and No Penalties:There is no minimum contract period, and vehicles can be returned at any stage without penalty. This allows you to scale your fleet up or down based on current business needs—for example, if you win a new contract or an employee leaves.
- Rental Agreement (Not Finance):This is a rental agreement, not a finance or loan arrangement. This means no borrowing money or raising finance, helping to avoid increasing your company debt ratio with depreciating assets. It is treated as a standard, deductible business expense.
- Payment Structure:We charge our monthly rental fee in advance and only hold a one-month refundable deposit per vehicle. This deposit is not a down payment and is fully refunded upon the vehicle’s return.
As you are not tied to any specific vehicle, I can always upgrade your existing fleet when new models arrive, ensuring your team consistently drives the freshest vehicles.
Once a customer reaches three vehicles with us, we switch you to a credit account, invoicing you on 30-day terms. This is significantly more beneficial for cash flow as you are no longer required to pay in advance.

Commercial Jeeps and Cars
